Retail Manager

We are working with this fast growing high street retailer who is looking for a retail manager to join their team based in the Camden area. This is a creative and on-trend retailer providing a wide range of apparel. They are growing in the home sector too. This is an international retailer so plenty of progression opportunities available.

As the retail manager you will be leading the team from the front, with a strong emphasis on customer care. You will be developing the team with coaching to achieve KPI’s and targets. Great operational skills will be required for the efficient running of the back house functions. A great commercial approach will be required to help drive this store to further success.

Ideally, you will be from a fashion retail environment, having had managerial responsibility for a store with a good level of sales turnover and a large team. You will be able to demonstrate your skills as a people leader, KPI achiever through strong communication, coaching and team development.
