Our Luton Property Team is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Secretary to join the regional team. As a professional secretary with the highest standards, you will be at the forefront of Lidl GB's plans in your region. Based within the Luton Property Office, you will make use of a range of talents, multi-tasking as you liaise with our Head Office, other property offices and external consultants on refurbishment and extension projects.
You will also work closely with the Regional Head of Property, Acquisition Managers and Construction Managers, providing administrative support to the team and maintaining the smooth running of the Property Office. This is a truly exciting opportunity for a candidate who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What you'll do
Prepare reports, and raise purchase orders
Track project budgets and review invoices
Manage diaries and meetings, write agendas and take minutes
Maintain and update databases
Help your team by providing admin support for a range of property projects
Handle telephone calls, emails and post
Oversee the daily running of the office
Organise, update and distribute weekly reports
Manage and monitor legal documents being received, signed and sent
Monitor and manage deadlines
What you'll need
Proven secretarial/admin experience, ideally in the property sector
Strong computer skills including Word and Excel (including macros and pivot tables)
Great literacy and numerical skills and a real eye for detail
A flair for organisation and confidence communicating at all levels
Experience in handling confidential information
