As Regional Manager, you will oversee a team of stores, ensuring they meet sales targets, maintain excellent service levels, and operate efficiently. You will be responsible for managing store performance, supporting store managers, and fostering a culture of growth and success within the region. Your role will involve implementing strategies to drive business results while developing the talent within your team.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a regional or area management role, preferably within retail or cosmetics. You’ll be a strong leader with excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
