Regional Manager

A fantastic opportunity to join a leading cosmetics retailer in the South West area of the UK. This is a growing business selling lovely cosmetics products that is passionate about service and the customer experience. The role manages 5 Area Managers and the commercial success of the South West/South area.

You will have full P&L accountability and will be an excellent communicator. You need to be an inspirational leader who will bring out the strengths in others and give them the encouragement to succeed. You will also be a strong operator who can manage your time effectively and work remotely. Passionate about cosmetics and an ability to demonstrate makeup application is a must.

Our client is looking for a passionate, driven and dynamic Regional Manager who has leadership experience of managing Area Managers. They will thrive in an environment of ideas and innovation. You will be working in a commercial KPI driven environment and have at least 3 years in a regional manager role. This role will give you the freedom to focus on building the profitability of the business at this exciting time in their history, through the people and the brand and allow you excellent opportunities for future career progression.
