Recruitment Coordinator

This world renowned foods retailer is looking to welcome a recruitment coordinator to its team on a temporary basis. The company is big on providing ethically sourced foods, without compromise on quality.

The six month fixed term contract is to assist the company through a volume period of hiring as they have a imminent new store opening. The role will entail providing specialist support for major recruiting initiatives, leading efforts to ensure candidate and new hire processes are completed efficiently and accurately. Assisting with project scheduling and liaising with stakeholders will also be necessary.

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, personable and collaborative to allow for the easy formulation of relationships in the workplace. Effective communication is also critical to success in the role, whilst experience and volume and time bound recruitment is also necessary.

The successful applicant will be offered a salary of up to £40,000 with a completion bonus being offered at the end of the six month tenure. The role also operates on a hybrid basis with three days in the office and two days from home.
