Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient individual to assist with daily office operations, execute administrative recruitment tasks, and provide direct support to company Directors. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to supporting business success.

Job Description:
- Recruitment software maintenance and data entry
- Formatting CV’s
- Diary management for the Managing Director
- Issuing and maintaining client contracts
- Candidate marketing activity
- Supporting recruitment teams in peak periods
- Meeting and greeting candidates
- Providing a positive external impression of the agency at all times
- Collection and distribution of post and confidential waste
- Organising, scanning, filing, and photocopying of papers
- Maintain all stationary stock levels
- General office administration management
- Recording of attendance / absence
- Production of reports for management
- Having an awareness of employment / employment agency compliance matters and implementation / communication
- Carry out internal compliance checks and reporting on findings
- Liaison with accounts, payroll & credit control personnel where needed
Experience/Skills Required
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good numerical skills
- PC skills - Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint required
- Ideally experienced in working within an office environment in a support role, and interaction with people of varying positions and seniority
