Quality Manager - Electricals

We are looking for a Quality Manager to join a fast-growing company that develops innovative, everyday consumer products. In this key role, you will ensure the quality and compliance of electronic products and processes, working closely with the Quality team (Head of Quality & QA Assistants), Product Management, and an international team in China.

The role reports into the Head of Technical and will be part of a growing team.

The position is available to candidates outside The Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess product safety and compliance with legal regulations.

• Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate social compliance and environmental standards.

• Ensure the safety and regulatory compliance of electronic products.

• Manage customer complaints, authority requests, and product recalls.

• Stay updated on legislation and share knowledge with the team.

• Analyze and optimize internal quality processes.

• Maintain and oversee technical files.

• Train and support junior team members.

What we’re looking For:

• Previous experience in quality assurance, lab work, or a similar role.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Strong knowledge of EU legislation for non-food consumer products.

• Experience with customer portals (e.g., SIM, TÜV, Amfori, Impact Buying) is a plus.

• Familiarity with BRC or management systems is preferred.

• Previous experience in product safety legislation.

• Strong English communication skills.
