Product Manager - Home Fragrance

My client is a long-standing home fragrance business based in Central London. They are looking to hire a Product Manager to work alongside the merchandiser and product developer teams to manage the critical path process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arranging sample deliveries, collections via courier / in person.
• Tracking and logging sample movement between internal teams, clients, and factories.
• Processing samples received e.g., contract seals, marketing, press, and Ecommerce.  Labelling, photography, and logging of samples.
• Ensuring samples are correctly merchandised for meetings.
• Ensuring samples are put away and the sample checking area is kept clean and tidy. 
• Updating product, packaging, labelling specification documents and internal / client systems.
• Gathering of information for product packaging artworks, checking artworks, digital and colour proofs. 
• Building effective supplier relationships and support in supplier meetings which could include chasing samples and feeding back on samples. 

You must have excellent time management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment.
