Expected salary - varies per role up to £80,000. Contract type - There are a number of 12 month fixed term/secondment opportunities Basket & Listing - 6 months Product Listing Page - 12 months Stock & Fulfillment - 12 months Customer and Account - 12 months Omnichannel Customer Order Management - 12 months Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The Product team aims to connect one to two times a week in the office to attend key meetings and according to the business needs. Location - This role is based at our London Central Office in Pimlico. Key responsibilities Create an inspiring vision for the Product outcome and drive innovation using industry, customer and business insights that supports the broader strategy and vision for Product development. Set clear and stretching objectives and key results (OKRs) to track the desired Product outcomes. Build, own and manage a Product Backlog that is visible, transparent, and clear to all and shows what the Development team will work on next, providing clarity on the value it will deliver an alignment to the overall objectives and key results (OKRs). Write requirements and ensure that the Development team has an adequate quantity and quality of stories ready for each Sprint. Lead in the creation of functional and nonfunctional requirements in collaboration with Product Leads and Development teams. Deliver effective and timely communication of your Product roadmap. Effectively manage, engage and work collaboratively with stakeholders, ensuring they are aligned behind the products goals and kept up to date with progress. Work collaboratively with a range of technical and non-technical business stakeholders and thus must show high emotional IQ and be excellent at stakeholder management. Use insight, data and analytics to identify opportunities to continually improve and iterate the Product. Prove out value of new products and features by designing and running experiments (e.g. A/B, MVT, fake door, etc.) in collaboration with our Data/Experimentation teams Continually manage the effectiveness of the Product and ensure a balance of tech and design debt alongside customer and commercial value. Manage scope and track progress of releases, ensuring features are handed over to end users effectively and impact of development effort is understood. Participate and contribute to the Product Management community of practice, looking for ways to continually improve both as an individual and a collective. Act as a role model for the Product Management discipline and take responsibility for mentoring and supporting all members of the team, embedding the JLP Product Framework across the directorate. Essential skills/experience you’ll need Creating and communicating your Product vision and associated Return On Investment business cases that are grounded in customer, business and market insights. Working across diverse groups of Stakeholders, third party Partners and dependent people, process and technology teams to ensure requirements are visible, prioritised and understood to ensure successful outcomes.
