Product Manager

A bit about the role:

As Product Manager, you will help to define the vision of your product area, ensuring this is aligned with and supported by your stakeholders.

You will report into the Senior Product Manager, working cross-functionally with business, tech and support teams to create and elaborate comprehensible user stories which can be effectively prioritized, estimated and developed.

Comfortable demonstrating authority through influence, you will have a passion for fostering collaborative and effective ways of working to deliver innovative and world class customer experiences.

As a Product Manager you will:

Support the domain’s vision, strategy and OKRs by ensuring that user stories are well defined and prioritised for development

Work with business and tech teams to ensure that relevant requirements and detail are identified and captured

Manage your backlog, including defining user stories, acceptance criteria, with a focus on effective prioritisation

Work collaboratively with the Delivery Manager to facilitate sprint ceremonies, manage cross dependencies and ensure that the implications of a change are understood

Build a clear understanding of our technical architecture within your area

Be the ‘go to’ person within your squad for all queries and questions about your product, clearly communicating business requirements to the team

Build and maintain relationships with your key stakeholders

Work closely with Digital Analytics to support a data led approach to problem solving and definition of success metrics

Support UAT by collaborating with QA teams, business analysts and key stakeholders to ensure a continuously feedback loop

Monitor feature adoption, customer engagement & satisfaction, ensuring the realisation of expected benefits

Collaborate with our UX teams to ensure continuity of design and user experience across the entire product suite

Look out for market trends and get feedback from stakeholders or customers

A bit about you

Project/product development experience, a thorough understanding of the complete product lifecycle

Confident working in an agile environment

Highly organised, motivated, and able to work well as part of a close team

Articulate and confident communicator across all business levels

Experience in writing clear and succinct user stories

Familiar with using data support prioritisation decisions and agreeing suitable scope for initiative launches

A technical knowledge of web applications would be desirable but not essential

Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and to tight deadline

A passion for problem solving and creative thinking
