The Role as a Junior Product Developer:

We're looking for a talented Product Developer to join our dynamic team. This is an ideal role for someone with a sharp eye for emerging product trends, strong commercial awareness, and hands-on experience in sourcing from the Far East.

You will take full ownership of the product development process, ensuring products meet both consumer demand and business goals, from initial concept to final production.

Junior Product Developer; Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyse emerging trends in this sectors products, turning insights into market-leading designs.
• Lead the entire product development process from start to finish, ensuring the delivery of innovative and commercially viable products.
• Work closely with suppliers, primarily in the Far East, to manage product development, production, and quality control while negotiating costs and lead times.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and merchandising teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Proactively resolve challenges in development and production, balancing quality, cost, and timelines.
• Stay updated on competitor activity and consumer preferences to keep products ahead of market trends.
