A new role for a supervisor has arisen and this client of ours is looking for a experienced retail individual who has previous retail managerial experience. The successful candidate will work for a British accessories retailer who design and manufacture handbags, purses and other womenswear accessories for the UK and international markets.
This role is a 9 month FTC for 32 hours a week, but 28 or 40 hours can be considered.
Key responsibilities will include assisting the store manager in organizing and planning. You will coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure that the company store standards are at their best. You will oversee the team and manage their performance in store. You will also set objectives to the team and make sure you're staying encouraging and supporting the team.
