The Role:

As the Retail Planning & Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the strategic planning and communication of retail operations across the business. You will act as the key liaison between retail strategy, operations, and marketing, ensuring that critical information around product availability, sales targets, and promotional activities is effectively communicated throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for all retail-related communications, liaising with internal teams (marketing, operations, supply chain, etc.) and external partners (vendors, agencies).
• Coordinate the flow of essential information related to product launches, stock levels, promotions, and sales targets.
• Create and distribute internal communications that keep teams informed about key retail initiatives, goals, and performance metrics.
• Ensure accurate and consistent communication of retail updates to senior leadership.
• Support future planning initiatives and contribute to the execution of upcoming strategies.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of retail planning, operations, and internal communications.
• Familiarity with communication strategies and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proven experience in a retail planning or communications role within a retail environment.

Additional Information:

• This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days in the office per week.
