They are currently seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Personal Shopping Manager to join the luxury retail team and take their customer service to the next level.

Role Overview:

As the Personal Shopping Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional and personalised shopping experience to the business’s VIP clients. You will provide expert advice, create curated selections, and ensure that every interaction aligns with our brand’s reputation for luxury, elegance, and sophistication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals, ensuring their shopping needs are met with exceptional service, attention to detail, and discretion.
  • Personalised Shopping Service: Offer a tailored shopping experience by curating collections based on clients’ preferences, tastes, and specific occasions.
  • Styling Expertise: Provide expert styling guidance, assisting clients in selecting apparel, accessories, and luxury items to create complete, cohesive looks.
  • Client Appointments: Manage personal shopping appointments, ensuring that each visit is a seamless and luxurious experience. This includes private fittings, personalized showroom setups, and exclusive services.
  • Trend Knowledge & Product Expertise: Stay ahead of fashion trends and seasonal collections, providing clients with up-to-date product knowledge and exclusive pre-launch items.
  • VIP Client Events: Organize and host exclusive events for VIP clients, showcasing new collections, fashion shows, or private shopping experiences.
  • Sales Performance: Consistently achieve sales targets by leveraging strong client relationships and delivering top-tier customer service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store management, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless shopping experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail, personal shopping, or high-end fashion styling.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating extraordinary experiences for high-net-worth clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury fashion brands, current trends, and exclusive product offerings.
