A large multinational fashion business is seeking a Personal Assistant to support the President of their Brands division.

The role is based in Soho, London.

Personal Assistant: The role:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for the President's attention
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, and controlling access to the President
  • Booking and arranging/rearranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organising events and conferences
  • Reminding the President of daily schedule and deadlines
  • Compiling and preparing reports and presentations 
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and heads of portfolio brands

Personal Assistant: The Person:

You will:

  • have previous experience of administration or personal assistant work

  • have an understanding and an interest in fashion business

  • be discreet and trustworthy: you will often be party of confidential information
  • have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • have organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • have the ability to be proactive and take the initiative
  • be flexible and adaptable
  • apply tact and diplomacy
  • be comfortable with Microsoft Office and be able to put together reports and presentations
