About the Company
A large multinational fashion business is seeking a Personal Assistant to support the President of their Brands division.
The role is based in Soho, London.
Personal Assistant: The role:
- Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for the President's attention
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, and controlling access to the President
- Booking and arranging/rearranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organising events and conferences
- Reminding the President of daily schedule and deadlines
- Compiling and preparing reports and presentations
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and heads of portfolio brands
Personal Assistant: The Person:
You will:

have previous experience of administration or personal assistant work

have an understanding and an interest in fashion business
- be discreet and trustworthy: you will often be party of confidential information
- have excellent oral and written communication skills
- have organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- have the ability to be proactive and take the initiative
- be flexible and adaptable
- apply tact and diplomacy
- be comfortable with Microsoft Office and be able to put together reports and presentations
