Performance Marketing Assistant Manager

A great opportunity for someone to learn more about Performance Marketing channels, and beyond. This is a truly cross channel role – touching all aspects of Performance Marketing channels, as well as supporting on driving key insights across the channels to build long term channel strategies.

Responsibilities for the Performance Marketing Assistant Manager include:

• Monthly financial admin responsibility:

• • raising of POs for the PM team across channels including (Affiliates, PPC & SEO)
  • Responsible for filing invoices and sending for payment
  • Responsible populating relevant PM finance trackers to ensure clear and concise tracking of payments

• Attending cross-channel/strategy meetings, taking notes/actions, and circulating those to the relevant teams:
  1. Monday Priority Call
  2. Monthly Priority Calls

• Completing trade reporting packs ahead of Trade meetings
• Supporting on any ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests
• Supporting cross-channel tasks including i.e.:
  1. Monthly Affiliate validations
  2. Filling in channel specific weekly reporting documents
  3. Sending trade priorities to 3rd Party Agencies

• Supporting on Similar Web/competitor analysis monthly pack – to drive Performance Marketing Strategy across the channels
• Working closely with trade to collate product nominations to be used in cross-channel comms (including affiliate newsletters)
• Brief and facilitate creative asset management for all channels
• Support across channel specific day to day tasks.
• Work with Analytics team to enhance insights across Performance Marketing
• Maintain the Marketing dashboard with the help of the analytics team

You will have:

• Experience in a similar role
• Strategic thinking, being able to connect dots between different channels, great stakeholder management as the role will have to work cross channel and cross functional, good with numbers, good knowledge of excel, word, PPT
• E-Commerce Experience is always a plus
