We are seeking a talented people manager to join the HR team of a rapidly expanding retailer. This company is in a growth phase, opening new stores across the UK and internationally, and is recognised as a leader in its sector.
In this role, you’ll guide your team to success with strong coaching and support, managing a range of HR responsibilities. These include handling complex employee relations cases, advising the operations team on HR processes, and developing and implementing new policies for both retail operations and head office.
Ideally, you’ll bring HR experience within a retail setting, though a background in hospitality could also be a great fit. What matters most is your understanding of the dynamics and lifecycle of retail and head office roles. You’ll need to be adept at managing stakeholder relationships, working collaboratively, and leading teams through change.
