Partnerships Operations Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Partnerships Operations Assistant to coordinate the full suite of instore media platforms and support the delivery of exceptional marketing solutions across multiple channels.

About the Role

As a Partnerships Operations Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our media bookings are delivered to the highest standard, collaborating with brands, internal teams, and external suppliers. You will become a key channel expert within the Partnerships team, overseeing operational processes for Instore media while also contributing to other channels such as .com and CRM. This is a dynamic role where your organisational skills and ability to work independently will shine.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinating the full operations process for Instore media channels, including managing the screen network and print opportunities, from booking through to execution.

• Acting as the owner of the screen network, overseeing content for escalators, video walls, and other screens, ensuring quality control and appropriateness, and managing the approval process.

• Managing the Content Management System (CMS) by uploading, reviewing, and checking that content plays correctly, guaranteeing seamless execution.

• Liaising with brands, agencies, and internal teams to manage creative submissions, approvals and contractor schedules.

• Monitoring deadlines and proactively managing tasks to ensure all bookings, approvals, and creative processes are completed on time.

About You

You are organised, self-motivated, and thrive on managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. With your excellent communication skills, you’ll liaise confidently with clients and teams, ensuring smooth operations and top-tier delivery. You are comfortable working independently, taking ownership of your workload while meeting deadlines with precision.

You will also have:

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience in coordinating media campaigns, including familiarity with content management systems and scheduling tools.

• Experience in an office environment, with exposure to client interactions and a good understanding of brand management.

• A keen understanding of media operations, with the ability to navigate complex processes and systems.
