Job Description
To provide extraordinary customer service to all Safe Deposit customers and visitors by living the Selfridges values and ensure all customers receive the appropriate welcome and information in a secure and discreet environment.
As a Safe Deposit Custodian you will be responsible for handling safe deposit box visits, opening new Safe Deposit Box contracts and maintaining existing contracts. You will also be responsible for managing customer payments including invoices, cash/cheque/card payments, safe deposit box contract queries and exceeding service goals by minimizing customer wait times and accurately and efficiently serving our customers.
As a Safe Deposit Custodian you will:

Apply the necessary discretion and professionalism to any given situation
Be aware of all additional services that are on offer and seek to deliver those when appropriate
Use initiative and take responsibility to make decisions
Work diligently to adhere to strict compliance policies and procedures to minimize risk to the customer and the business
Offer tailored advice according to clients needs (i.e. suggesting appropriate Safe Deposit box size)
Be knowledgeable of our competitors and their policies and services.
