Packaging Administrator

We are looking for a Packaging Administrator to support across womenswear, childrenswear and menswear. In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for updating costing sheets and spreadsheets, tracking packaging costs and maintaining communication with packaging vendors to ensure timely deliveries and smooth logistics.

Your role
In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for updating costing sheets and spreadsheets, tracking packaging costs for womenswear, childrenswear, and menswear, and maintaining communication with packaging vendors to ensure timely deliveries and smooth logistics.

You’ll also help manage daily admin tasks, support the broader packaging team, liaise with vendors to follow up on costs and samples, and keep product teams informed on project progress. Additionally, you'll collaborate with the Sustainability & Compliance team to meet packaging requirements and targets. About you
You’re a highly organised individual who excels at managing multiple tasks with ease and accuracy, ensuring data is always up to date while tracking packaging costs across our womenswear, childrenswear, and menswear divisions. With strong communication skills, both verbal and written, you build and maintain effective relationships with vendors, ensuring timely deliveries and handling day-to-day logistics. Your proactive approach keeps you ahead of changing business needs, and you're adept at conveying information clearly and concisely. You’re also proficient in Google Suite and flexible in adjusting to evolving demands.
