We are looking for a PA to join our passionate and creative Childrenswear team at our Enderby Head Office.

Childrenswear
Our Childrenswear team are a very friendly and welcoming bunch, they are a passionate and creative group who work hard and are true advocates of the NEXT brand! This role will be joining a very busy team at our Leicester head office. Organising travel & events, diary management, minute taking & even financials/budget management to name a few of the exciting tasks in this role.

Your role
The responsibilities for this role include a variety of tasks across different areas. For manager support, duties involve managing the diaries for three managers, both for internal and external meetings. This also includes processing their expenses and managing invoices by approving them on behalf of the managers. Additionally, assistance with UK and overseas travel arrangements is required, as well as organizing onsite and offsite meetings, along with department away days.

In terms of department administration, responsibilities include managing meeting room calendars, ensuring meeting rooms are kept clean and all equipment is functioning properly. Ordering stationery, equipment, and consumables when necessary is part of the role, as well as coordinating parcel collection and pick-up services. The role also oversees general housekeeping of the office space, acts as the first point of contact for new starters at the London office, and serves as the contact point for Facilities and IT issues, including equipment problems. Furthermore, the position involves assisting with social engagement activities within the office and actively encouraging team participation.

About you
The ideal candidate for this role should be highly organized, with strong PC skills and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently. They must demonstrate high levels of confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy, especially when working with senior managers and directors. Experience at this level is essential. Additionally, the candidate should be able to thrive under pressure and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
