Operations Manager - Nights

This premium multi-product retailer is looking for a nights operations manager to join its industry leading team. The company is planning to continue its rapid growth with expansion plans on the horizon, providing plenty of opportunities to maximise sales and develop the team.

The role will entail overseeing the back of house team to ensure stock availability and standards are maintained to a high level. The development of your team will therefore fall under your jurisdiction, whilst also ensuring the shop floor is regularly replenished in an efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience overseeing large teams and will demonstrate a strong operational background. A collaborative, individual who can proactively lead will be desirable for the operations manager role.

The successful applicant will benefit from a salary and nights premium that will see them earn up to £46,000. There is further opportunity to grow your OTE through a favourable bonus system.
