The role of operations manager will oversee all back of house functions within a store that has a turnover in excess of £75 million per year. You’ll be part of a management team who focus on replenishment, range reviews, promotional merchandising management, health and safety and store administration. This role would suit a manager who enjoys the operational aspects of running a business retail unit.
The ideal candidate will come from a retail background and have had exposure to working in a back of house environment. You’ll be an experienced people manager who has a natural leadership style that can motivate their team to deliver the world class customer service standards that are expected within the business.
In return they are looking to pay a salary of up to £46,000 and a performance related bonus of up to 20% of your salary. You will also be given the autonomy to make decisions within your department that you wouldn’t necessarily get elsewhere. Tired of working every weekend?
