Operations Manager

Our client a growing beauty retailer is recruiting an Operations Manager to support and drive the business. This company sources sustainably sourced ingredients and is continuing to dominate their industry, maintain all company documentation, IT infrastructure, data systems & securities. It will ensure the intellectual property of products is protected and will project plan and deliver in budget and timeframes on ad hoc projects such as brand events

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a operational management role, within a retail environment. Capability to juggle responsibilities and liase with stakeholders. Experience of implementing strategies and processes across the business to ensure quality and efficiency. Experience in Supply chain and inventory management, overseeing and planning and warehouse moves would be beneficial.
