Operational Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Delivering accurate, timely Partner information which supports shop operations, ensuring personnel activities are completed appropriately and effectively. - Providing administrative support to the shop. - Supporting managers in ensuring a safe working/shopping environment is adhered to. - Facilitate and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the shop including interviews and processing offers of employment. - Handling confidential personnel information in a sensitive and confidential way. - Providing and managing Partner-related data to ensure that legal requirements are met and that the support provided adds value. Essential skills/experience you'll need - Experience with stakeholder management. - Excellent influencing and organisational skills. - Excellent communication skills dealing with third parties and stakeholders on a day to day basis. - Multiple management of projects, demonstrating strong attention to detail. Desirable skills/experience you may have - An understanding of Health and Safety within a retail environment. - Experience in budget management. - Experience of end to end recruitment processes. - Note taking skills for formal meetings such as disciplinaries. #LI-SHOPTRADE
