Night Replenishment Manager

We are looking to recruit a night replenishment manager to join a fast paced retail company, as part of the growing night team at Heathrow Airport. As night manager you will be responsible for a team and stock replenishment over multiple sites. You will communicate clearly with your team and motivate them to achieve their tasks around standards and stock management and will deal with issues quickly and professionally as soon as they arise. The shift pattern is three on three  off working 18:00pm – 06:00am.
We are searching for a night or replenishment manager from a fast paced environment with at least 2 years in a similar role. You will be able to multitask, take ownership for the operational tasks, great at coaching and developing a team, whilst being self-motivated for their own development.
The role offers a salary of up to £34,000 plus 40% night allowance plus benefits. A fabulous and extensive benefits package including 33 days holiday health and life insurance is offered.
