Night Replenishment Manager

A leading multi-product retailer is looking for a night operations manager to join their expansive team based in the Middlesex area. The company is a host to many luxury and premium products and this year they are on course to comfortably exceed their targets for sales.

The role of operations manager will see the chosen candidate have an innovative role to improve strategy within the business. This will mainly focus on ensuring that all stock files are accurate and up to date to ensure that stock levels are correct. You will also be responsible for health and safety and making sure that your team are working to the relevant guidelines,

The ideal candidate will come from a warehouse/operation led background and be familiar with working in fast paced environments to meet working deadlines. The chosen candidate will also need to be an effective motivator to ensure that the team is working to their full capacity and achieving the relevant KPI’s.

The salary is paying up to £35,000 with a discretionary night allowance on top.
