Merchandising Admin Assistant

We are partnering with a growing well known British ladieswear fashion brand, who design trend led womenswear multi products for 100 outlets currently and they are growing rapidly.

The Merchandise Admin Assistant will provide administrative support and assist with analysis for the Merchandising Team, to drive sales and maximise profit.

This role is perfect for Graduates with a degree in Buying and Merchandising or has a year in industry working in the Merchandising or Allocator departments.

This role has every Friday work from home.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Updating weekly sales information for Monday trade meetings
  • To assist with data entry and take responsibility for data input / updating various Merchandise systems
  • Product filing, raising orders and keeping ex-factory dates up to date.
  • To undertake general departmental administration work, to support the Assistant Merchandiser / Merchandiser in delivering department KPI's and Brand strategy.
  • Ad hoc analysis as required by the Merchandiser.
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Support team with achieving department KPI's to maximise sales and profit.
  • Perform accurate analysis/report as required for the team.

Person Specifications:

  • Relevant Merchandising Degree or a year in Industry as an MAA
  • Strong Excel skills, with a high-level proficiency with other Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of accuracy
  • Enthusiasm and determination to thrive in a fast-growing business.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate logical analysis and positive problem-solving skills
