Merchandiser and Operations Manager

A British charity is looking for an experienced merchandising and operations candidate to join its team. This position is fully remote, with travel to the head office outside of London required just once or twice a month.

As merchandising and operations manager of a small team your role will be multifaceted, managing stock, supply chain and operations.
Some of the key responsibilities include preparing budgets and operating plans which deliver the agreed strategy. This role will be working closely with the buying team, commercial director and the board.

In addition to a competitive salary of up to £45,000, this role offers remote working and subsidised travel.

Role requirements:
- Experience of managing in an online B2C environment
- Extensive experience of budgeting, forecasting, modelling, tracking performance and taking corrective action
