Merchandiser

A retailer who is going from strength to strength this year is looking for a merchandiser for their womenswear category. This retailer has many sustainability pledges and has been recognised for this winning awards and achieving B Corp status. Other awards they have won are centered around workplace and wellbeing.

As a merchandiser, your main responsibility is to plan and manage key drivers around sales, stock and markdowns to maximise sales. You will work closely with the buying and design team in developing a commercial range and achieving the supplier strategy.

Coming from a merchandising background, you could be a junior merchandiser looking to step up in their career.

The role is paying a salary of £42,000 plus a performance-related bonus. The benefits package includes options to purchase more holiday, NVQ enrolment opportunities, pension scheme and sabbaticals.
