An exciting opportunity has arisen for a trend-driven and creative Men's Jersey Designer to join a leading fashion company, designing for key accounts with major retailers and supermarkets. If you have a passion for trend-led, commercial design and a strong eye for innovation, this is your chance to make an impact in a busy, dynamic environment.

They're looking for someone with a fashion-forward handwriting, a deep understanding of current trends, and the ability to translate catwalk and streetwear influences into commercially successful jersey ranges. Working across men's multi-product, you'll be driving newness across the ranges, working closely with factories overseas to bring your designs to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Trend research & development - designing standout menswear jersey collections.
• Factory liaison - working with Far East suppliers to source and develop fabrics, trims, and finishes.
• Range building - ensuring collections are commercially viable and hit key price points.
• Critical path management - working efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
• Retailer engagement - attending meetings with buyers to present ideas and products.

• Strong multi-product experience in menswear jersey
• Creative flair with a can do attitude
• Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to design for different retailers.
• Great communication skills and confidence in working at pace in a high-volume environment.
• A sharp eye for detail and a solid understanding of garment costing.
