We’re looking for a Marketing Manager Digital Content & Design to lead our creative and digital marketing efforts, ensuring our brands remain at the forefront of the industry.

About the Role

As the Marketing Manager Digital Content & Design Team, you will lead a team of designers, content creators, and digital marketers to develop, execute, and optimise our brand’s digital presence. You’ll be responsible for overseeing website content, social media, SEO, paid advertising, and digital campaign creation. Your role will be pivotal in shaping how our brands are presented online and ensuring a seamless digital experience for our customers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of content creators, graphic designers, and digital marketers to deliver high-quality content.
  • Website & Digital Content Management: Oversee content creation and updates for all brand and corporate websites, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and engagement.
  • Campaign Development: Lead the creation and execution of digital campaigns, including content strategy, creative design, and performance tracking.
  • SEO & Digital Growth: Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to our distributor-supported websites.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee the execution of organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Email & CRM Marketing: Manage HubSpot marketing efforts, including e-shots, automation, and end-user lead generation.
  • Creative Asset Management: Oversee visual branding, including photography, packshots, and print advertisements.
  • Data & Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to track the success of digital content and marketing efforts, continuously optimising for performance.
  • Collaboration with Product Team: Work closely with the Product team to ensure digital content and marketing initiatives align with new product launches, key messaging, and brand development.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in management, ideally within digital marketing, content management, or creative leadership preferably with any clothing sector.
Leadership Skills: Experience managing a creative or digital team with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
Content & Creative Expertise: Strong background in digital content strategy, copywriting, and visual branding preferably within any clothing sector.
Technical Know-How: Knowledge of CMS platforms, SEO, Google Analytics, PPC, and CRM/email marketing platforms (HubSpot preferred).
Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of social media trends, best practices, and platform strategies preferably in clothing.
Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyse campaign performance and make data-backed decisions.
Project Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
