A unique opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing luxury fashion brand as their Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Manager. This role is pivotal to the brand’s continued success, coordinating all marketing and e-commerce activities while ensuring consistent and engaging brand messaging across all channels.
The Role:
You will lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. Working closely with the senior team, you will oversee all aspects of the brand’s digital presence, from social media to e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement strategies for paid and organic digital campaigns, collaborating with external agencies and internal teams to ensure alignment with the brand’s goals.
- Manage the creation and delivery of newsletters, social media content, and online advertisements.
- Regularly analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- SEO and performance marketing
- E-Commerce Operations:
- Manage the Shopify platform, ensuring all product listings, collections, and inventory are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain and optimise website content to enhance user experience and SEO rankings.
- Supervise the timely fulfilment of online orders and address customer queries efficiently.
- Customer Experience:
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the customer journey, from initial brand interaction to post-purchase.
- Other:
- Social media and Content creation
- Line management of 1-2 other staff members
About You:
- Experience:
- 5+ years in digital and social marketing within the luxury fashion sector.
- Extensive experience managing Shopify and proficiency in image and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop.
- Skills:
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on digital metrics and consumer insights.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Attributes:

- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the dynamic needs of a small but fast-paced team.
- Knowledge:
- Familiarity with the global luxury market, especially the UK and US.
