Salary - £26,900 - £40,300 Contract type - This position is a Secondment/Fixed Term contract for 9 months during the summer season. Working pattern - 37.5 hours per week, various shifts including weekends - Earliest start time 7:30 am - latest finish time 20:00. Applicants must have minimal holiday during the peak school holidays. Location - This role is based at our Odney Club, Cookham Key responsibilities Lead the hotel's leisure team to deliver the summer program and activities. Manage all aspects of people management, including performance. Ensure positive guest experience and maintain high standards for summer pool and activity amenities. Act as a brand ambassador by providing consistently outstanding customer service. Achieve sales, occupancy, and profit targets. Create and deliver seasonal packages and activities to meet agreed-upon outcomes and performance measures. Manage customer queries and complaints and maintain relationships with hotel peers to ensure high standards. When applicable, manage the creation, scheduling, costing, and marketing of activities for leisure and business use. Create a high-performing, professional, guest-facing team. Completing risk assessments and equipment checks. Act as Duty Manager as required.
