My client is a premium skincare brand with an expanding presence in the market. They are forward thinking in their approach and consistently establishing revolutionary products to the market. Your enthusiasm for skincare will elevate awareness of the brand along with the use of internal and external promotional activity.
The role
- You will pro-actively and enthusiastically drive sales and ensure that both personal targets and counter targets are met, and to strive to exceed set targets.
- You will raise awareness of the brand and educate clients in the product and treatment range.
- You will maintain the counter, site and treatment areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
- Ensure that customer service is of the highest standard and to handle any client complaints promptly and consult the Account Management Team in all cases.
About you
- Strong experience within a similar luxury product. Skincare/beauty background is not necessary but desirable.
- You will have proven sales record
- You will have practical experience in conducting treatments
- Prior experience working with a professional brand
