As a Wrapper, you will be representing the brand and supporting them in their flagship boutique in the heart of Mayfair. You will be meticulous and ambitious in your approach, focused on delivering elevated customer service at all times.
The role:
- Working towards monthly store targets
- Fostering and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Ensuring that there is always sufficient packaging stock in the packaging area and maintaining an immaculate space
- Obtaining thorough brand history and product knowledge
- Promising selling ceremony and storytelling to every customer
- Personalising reach-out campaigns to complete CRM tasks
- Multi-tasking and stepping in for Runners and Hosts
- Helping streamline traffic and lighten tasks of the sales team
- Adhering to impeccable standards through immaculate grooming, presentation and communication
- Working closely within a team under pressure, supporting colleagues and managers

- Experience within a luxury brand
- Experience within a fast-paced retail environment
- Worked within a multicultural environment
- Meticulous and efficient
- Versatile and willing to learn
- Excellent presentation
- Exceptional communication skills
The Package:
- Up to £27,000 basic per annum
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Boutique hours
- Every Sunday off, as the store is closed
- Lunch Vouchers worth £1,000 a year.
- 50% travel contribution
