This global role covers both the UK and Canada, emphasising asset protection, risk reduction, and fostering a store-level security culture. Based in the UK, the role requires two weeks per year in Canada and two in USA.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in retail loss prevention, security, and in-store health and safety, with a background managing multiple sites. International experience is an advantage but not a necessity. Strong relationship-building skills and expertise in health and safety leadership and training are essential.
