Licenced Graphic Designer - Ladies and Girls

If you are passionate about licensed graphics and have experience in the apparel industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Licensed Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating dynamic, on-trend graphics for both women's and girls apparel. You'll work closely with both customers and licensors, contributing to the development of exciting new products that reflect current and future fashion trends. This hybrid role offers flexibility with three days in the office and the chance to be part of a highly creative and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design licensed graphics for various customers, including both online retailers and UK high street brands.
• Demonstrate a passion for design and a keen interest in the licensing industry.
• Create artwork for product sampling and manage sample processes.
• Conduct in-depth seasonal and trend research to inform design development.
• Work directly with customers and licensors, including attending buyer development meetings, licensing trade shows, and other industry events.

Person Specification:

• Strong Women's and girls wear experience.
• Proven experience creating apparel graphics, with a focus on licensing.
• Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• A solid understanding of the licensing industry is highly advantageous.
• Highly organised, able to work efficiently to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, yet also thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
