This international hospitality provider is looking to enrich its staff members workplace capabilities with the introduction of a learning and development manager. The company is currently experiencing unprecedented growth and plans to open countless sites.

The role as a learning and development manager will entail being the go to for people development across the business. Defining the culture of training and working closely with senior players internally to upskill the workforce will also be required.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a learning and development environment and will be adept in training members of head office as well as general management.

The successful applicant will receive a salary of up to £52,000 and will also be the benefactor of a hybrid work pattern.
