Learning and Development Manager

An industry leading hospitality business is looking to recruit an experienced L&D or training manager to join their already successful HR team near to Wembley. This exciting role will lead and support in the successful design, build and execution of training projects as well as holding responsibility for identifying new training needs within this division.

This is a rich and varied role that would suit someone who has the ability to manage projects and proposals independently, lead on training programmes and would like variety and creativity in their role. There is a lot of scope for you to make this role your own and quickly become an integral part of the wider team.

To be successful the ideal candidate will come from a retail or hospitality background to ensure there is an existing understanding of the lifecycle of functions, roles and dynamics relevant to the position. They are looking for someone with proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively, who works collaboratively, and is able to win hearts and minds in order to affect change.
