We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Learning Advisor to support the Learning & Development team in delivering on their strategic goals alongside overseeing our learning interventions, including with both operational excellence and project work. About the Role As a learning and development advisor with us, your role will be different every day from delivering our weekly ‘Welcome’ induction (face-to-face and virtual) to delivering our weekly ‘Welcome’ induction (face-to-face and virtual), when needed. You will be a key member of the L&D team there to support all new starters and Harrods Colleagues. Alongside this you will continuously champion our learning offer and identifying opportunities to maximize or embed learning. This role is hybrid- 60-80% on site in Hammersmith. Your key responsibilities will include: Delivering our weekly, extended ‘Retail Welcome’ induction (face-to-face), when needed specifically for our Harrods Retail colleagues. Handling all related ‘Welcome’ admin where required, for example sending communications or calendar invitations to new starters. Partnering with stakeholders about learning needs and advising on best practice and solutions. Design of face-to-face, virtual, and digital (e.g. Articulate, Vyond) learning solutions with support. Managing our Workday Help inboxes when needed, advising on Learner/new starter queries etc alongside reporting on attendance and other relevant metrics. About You You will possess a strong enthusiasm for facilitating the learning, growth, and development of individuals, supported by a background in Learning and Development. Additionally, you should have experience with the functionality, capabilities, and methodologies of digital platforms, particularly Workday. Your expertise should also include planning and executing end-to-end projects that align with adult learning principles and best practices. You will also have: A natural flair for building relationships and stakeholder management. Are a self-starter, with the ability to handle continuous change, ambiguity and work at pace. Excellent attention to detail and strong written/communication skills. Experience of facilitating learning, training and/or stakeholder meetings.
