You will have a previous track record working for a supplier within ladieswear fashion . My client works with high street and supermarket accounts. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate passion, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and can work in a fast-paced environment and be fully involved in all aspects from Concept- Delivery with ownership of their own accounts.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Daily contact with clients and managing client expectations to a high standard.
- Dealing with all touch points from concept to delivery
- Managing the critical path, dealing with Lap dips and approvals
- Actioning Buyers requests re: sampling and working with design teams to exceed customer expectations.
- Managing high volume orders in an organised and timely manner.
- Ensure orders taken meet delivery dates.
- Liaising with the production teams and factories overseas
- Liaising with the team and providing regular reports and updates to management.
- Daily meetings with Design teams on product and development for customers.
- Good understanding of margins and working with Merchandisers and Buyers.
Person Specification:
- Relevant supplier and Account Manager experience
- Proven track record of success within a similar role in ladieswear
- Extremely strong attention to detail required.
- Far East production experience preferred.
- Dynamic, hands-on go-getter who can think on their feet.
- Able to work under pressure with autonomy.
- Self-motivated but also a great team player
