Junior Sous Chefs at Megan’s are experienced with high volume, fast paced all day dining environments. You will be producing amazing food from high quality fresh ingredients. You will support your Sous Chef & Head Chef to create a fun and inclusive kitchen team.

Competitive hourly rate up to £14.5p/h. Plus tronc for every hour you work (based on a points-based tronc scheme*) and earn an extra £1ph after 1 years service.
