Junior Merchandiser (Maternity Cover- 9 month FTC)

We are working with a global, family-owned dancewear brand known for its leadership in the dance industry. With a small, dynamic team, the company operates physical stores and a strong online presence, catering to dancers worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to join as a Junior Merchandiser for a nine month maternity contract to make a direct impact in a fast-paced environment where your contributions truly matter.

As Junior Merchandiser, you will maximize sales and profit by achieving KPIs, managing stock, and providing actionable insights through trade and inventory performance reports. You’ll manage range buys, oversee allocations for retail and e-commerce, and assist with new store and website openings.

To be successful, you’ll need at to be at junior merchandiser level, with least four years of experience in a merchandising. Strong analytical skills, proficiency with IT systems, and experience with Shopify or Retail Pro are a plus. You should be able to work well under pressure, collaborate across teams, and have a “can-do” attitude. Experience in a business with both physical retail and DTC websites is essential.
