Location: Manchester (Centenary House, M50 1RF)
Position: Junior Designer (Sports, activewear and athleisure multi-product, Adult & Children)
Type: Permanent – Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week
Work Environment: Hybrid (3 Days in Office)

What You'll Do:

As a Junior Designer, your role will be as creative as it is impactful. You will partner closely with our Senior Designer, Account Manager, and offshore product development teams to craft seasonal collections that captivate our customers. This multi-product role emphasises active wear for both adults and children.

What We're Looking For:

We seek a creative, confident, and dedicated designer who:

• Has a minimum of 1 year of experience in fast fashion, preferably across both UK and European markets.
• Is ready to travel (short haul and long haul) for research trips, client visits, and product development.
• Is proficient in Illustrator & Photoshop; experience with 3D digital design is a plus!
• Is a positive team player with a flexible, “can-do” attitude.
• Possesses a keen sense of current trends and is commercially savvy.
• Communicates excellently and collaborates effortlessly with colleagues, customers, and third parties globally.
• Is highly organized, efficient, and thrives under tight deadlines.
• Has the technical know-how to generate detailed tech packs and assist in managing offshore development teams.
• Is driven, results-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused.
• Holds a degree in fashion design, business, or retail (or a related qualification).
