Jewellery Designer
We are looking for a Jewellery Designer (Fashion and Fine) to work within our client’s wider design team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop fashion and fine jewellery ranges from concept to production, working across all jewellery categories.
Our client’s Design team are at the core of our exciting and evolving business. They collaboratively create the mood, colour palette, prints and key pieces within their collections . Working closely with the buying team to develop new product ranges seasonally, our client’s designers ensure the balance of commerciality and fashion is met - the team keep abreast of the key global trends and develop those which are relevant to our Client’s customer.
You will be...
• Creating macro trends, brand vision and forecasting
• Designing commercial trend collections for Fashion and Fine jewellery
• A good multitasker, working on multiple collections simultaneously
• Extensive knowledge of jewellery materials and constructions
• Bringing a high level of creativity, attention to detail and efficiency
• Collaboratively working with the buying team to deliver amazing ranges for our customer
• Proactive in identifying departmental design needs and helping to drive newness
• Reacting to sales information with the team, updating best sellers and ensuring newness
• Creating comprehensive supplier tech packs and briefing out with buyers
• Organised and focused, managing critical path deadlines, ensuring product is developed within the relevant timeframe
• Available to travel globally to visit suppliers and for inspirational shopping

• Passion and creativity
• Extensive and relevant jewellery design experience
• Fashion forward-thinking and a directional trend eye
• Strong commercial handwriting and understanding of the customer and market opportunities
• Previous experience working across multi category jewellery collections
• Great technical skills: CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, drawing, making
• Ability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail
• Great communication skills
