As inventory controller you will hold a lot of responsibility, you should then have experience as a merchandiser or senior junior merchandiser to be able to hit the ground running. They are happy to hear from most fashion candidates but you should have experience in branch merchandising. Exposure to international markets will be looked upon favourably.
