This is an incredible opportunity for a recruiter to take control of a luxury beauty brand's hiring strategy across Europe and North America. If you are entrepreneurial and highly ambitious-this is the role for you.

They are a small high-end beauty and skincare brand that are well recognised and growing substantially, thanks to some great business years and investment.

This company is growing substantially, we are looking for someone who is excited to be part of this growth and who can step in in an HR capacity in the future.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Take control of all hiring across Europe and North America
• Create seamless processes and create HR/Hiring infrastructure for the business
• Focus on recruiting salespeople, retail staff and some head office role
• Perfect and improve hiring strategy and create talent pipelines
• This role includes some travel across Europe and occasionally North America

 About You:

• You will have a track record of recruiting across Europe for 2 years or more
• Fluent English and French, written and spoken
• You are ambitious, tenacious and entrepreneurial
