The Role:
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for refining and leading the influencer marketing strategy, ensuring best-in-class activations that align with both commercial and brand objectives. Collaborating across marketing channels, you will maximise the impact of influencers and creators to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a multi-million-pound influencer marketing budget, strategically allocating spend for key activations alongside "Always-on" activity.
- Define and oversee the approach to content creators, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and commercial goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with key agencies, talent managers, and influencers, acting as a brand ambassador.
- Analyse campaign performance, tracking engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI to optimise strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying emerging influencers and collaboration opportunities that enhance brand visibility.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to integrate influencer strategies into broader commercial campaigns.
What You Need:
- A strategic, creative mindset with a passion for fashion and influencer marketing.
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of paid social best practices and content amplification strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of crafting compelling pitches and building strong relationships.
- Budget management experience, with the ability to allocate resources effectively.
- A results-driven approach, using data and insights to refine and improve performance.
- A collaborative mindset, working seamlessly across internal teams and external partners.
- The confidence to take risks, fail fast, learn, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
