Human Resources Manager

A rapidly growing business is seeking to expand its HR team by hiring an HR Manager for their London head office within the People team. As the company opens new stores both in the UK and internationally, it continues to lead in its sector.

The HR Manager will play a crucial role in driving the people agenda. Given the ongoing changes in policies as the company evolves its HR department, strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt to change will be essential. Experience with HRIS implementation will be a plus, as the role will involve addressing more complex employee relations issues.

Candidates should ideally have experience in a retail HR team and may currently be part of the management team or seeking a step up from an HR Advisor position. Building strong relationships and guiding the team through changes will be vital. A CIPD Level 5 qualification is preferred.
